Shalk Innovia is a star wars roleplay character.
He was a male human, a Council Master with The Potentium Enclave (TPE for short), and Healer
Early Life
(made up to have a background story)
Shalk was born on Onderon, at the age of four he was found to be Force-sensitive, by a group of Jedi. After his Parents let the Jedi run some blood tests they found that , after this discovery Shalk was taken to an academy on Onderon.
The Academy
On arrival to the academy the Jedi had taken him in front of the council to decide his future as a force user, after the council agreed on him becoming a Youngling, he was put into a Youngling Clan known as Valkyria Clan.
After this he was shown where he would be spending his nights until he was chosen to become a Padawan, upon entering the room he found three other younglings, brought in recently. he became good friends with an Amaran Named Taren, they still remain close friends
From the start He was an average student, he couldn't be singled out from the other Younglings due to him being at the same level as his peers, the only thing that made him different, was the fact that he read into things to a lot more then any one else would, which would have made him perfect for the title of Jedi investigator.
Training
As training went on the younglings of Valkyria Clan were slowly becoming a well known Clan in the Academy, known for the fact that all four younglings were seen to be studing a different path each.
Shalk himself was showing great promise as a Sentinel and would probably move on to the advanced path of invesitgator, in his free time Shalk was seen tinkering with door controls, training droids and datapads that were owned by the academy needless to say this got him in trouble many times, mostly due to the fact he never actually asked to ulter these technologies.
Apprenticeship with the Jedi
Klahs:"so you're Shalk... i have heard great things about you, I'll be taking you on as a padawan"
Shalk:"but aren't you a Jedi Healer?"

when every member in the Valkyria Clan became twelve they were told to meet at the Clan's Dorm room they all entered the room only to be met by eighteen Jedi knights and masters, all wanting to take on a Padawan, after his three friends were chosen he was the only youngling of the Valkyria Clan left, none of the other Jedi were interested in taking him on as a padawan except one, the Jedi Master and Healer Klahs decided to take Shalk on as an apprentice against the better judgment of the council.
The difference in paths sometimes caused problems with Missions, Shalk always wanting to bring the peace with offers of technology or following a diplomatic route, where as Klahs would want to bring it through Teaching and Healing, this would never get in between father/son teacher/student bond they shared.
when Shalk was fifteen he and his Master, had returned to the Academy after a complication in their mission on Tatooine (a Moisture farm dispute between hutts and the farmers), after a long night of sleep Shalk entered Klahs'room, like he normally would to join his master in morning meditation, when Shalk walked into the room he found Klahs dead, post-mortem examination showed Klahs had a weak heart and all the stress from the recent mission caused it to give out
Becoming a Healer
After his master's death Shalk started to read into the Healers path. Shalk felt that he had to pass on a legacy, but after awhile his interest in his studies became feared amongst members of the academy, who believed that this would turn him to the "Dark Side" of the Force.
after a small talk with Shalk the Academy started to monitor him closely limiting his access to the library and ability to leave the academy grounds, Shalk managed to still break into the Libraries Holos and get the information he sought, seeing Shalk's incredible thirst for knowledge, brung even greater fear of him "turning"
Rogue Padawan
Grand Master "We have been keeping an eye on you since i had that talk with you, and we here at the council believe that you are on a path that may lead to the Darkside, we need to stop your training and discontinue your access to the library"
Shalk "so....i am no longer a Padawan?"
Council Member "I'm sorry"
Shalk "Don't be i understand completely"

after he left the Academy he had no regrets, in fact saw it as an opportunity to learn even more, and so began traveling from planet to planet, encountering many people, learning new things, making new friends, hearing about new planets.
"The journey"
(this happened in Roleplay) After hearing a rumor about a planet known as Zonama Sekot, he searched the Unknown regions for it's rough location, as he got closer to location given to him be Potentium Master Scott, he sensed a large group of force users and decided to land at the location it was coming from it turned out that Shalk had found Zonama through his curiosity.
after landing, he was met by Salene Lusch and Flint Mokeev eventually becoming a Potentium Apprentice Under Nina.
Shalk did well as a Apprentice picking up on princibles of the Potenium with ease and using new and old Healing abblities eventlly taught to him by Nina he was eventually knighted becoming Potentium Knight and full fledged Healer.
"Discovering his roots"
The night Shalk was knighted, he had a Dream that felt so real to him he didn't know whether it was a Dream or a Memory.
"The Memory"
a 4 year old Shalk is siting in the center of a small walled village on Onderon when he hears his mother yell "Shalk The Clan's Feast is ready!" Shalk Gets up and runs for the Clan's Main Hall as fast as he could not wanting to be late.
He enters the Hall seeing everyone in the village at the table he attempts to hide his face and quickly walk to the seat next to his father, his father nudged him in the shoulder and whispered to Shalk smiling 'got distracted by the wild life again son?', his Father stands up and makes the announcment "Shalk is defently force sensitive and thus will not be shuned by the clan Congratulations...son" he Picked Shalk up and hugged him tightly.
"Memoral Journey"
Shalk decided after speaking with Nina, that he must go to the location of this village to see if these dreams were based in truth, Shalk leaves for Onderon only telling a few people where he had gone off to (at this stage in his life he had a habit of doing that)
when Shalk arrived at the Village he was instantly recognized by members of the clan who ended up bringing him to his parents, that night a Feast was held in his Honor it was reviled that Shalk will be the next Clan leader some did not agree to this due to Shalk's Potentium view of the force, they believed his Cousin Maria Should take this position due to her more Jedi like view and the fact that she had never left the village, Maria didn't care for the position much and was happy for Shalk after staying with the clan for a few days Shalk returned to Zonama.
over the months Shalk made frequent trips to visit the Clan on Onderon each trip left his Uncle more bitter about the decision....until finally
"Clan Massacre"
While on Zonama, Shalk had a dream about the destruction of the village not wanting to sit idly incase something was happening he got in his ship and headed for Onderon.
As he flew over the village buildings were destroyed and the wall around the village was damaged, he landed out side a breach in the wall and ran towards his parents building well what was left of it atleast, he was to late tears streaming down his face he picked up his parents and put them outside, and slowly began to gather the dead.
it soon occurred to Shalk that under half of the village was accounted for, looking over the bodies it soon became clear to Shalk that a Coup had taken place, Anger and Hatred swelled within Shalk he wanted to exact 'justified revenge' on everyone involved.
he slowly started to track down the villagers and killed them one by one without a care he was not gonna stop until everyone responsible paid for their treason, many weren't well trained in the art of wielding a saber or using the force and fell easily to his lightwhips
eventually he found his Uncle, Shalk screamed running towards him jumping into the air he was force grabbed out of the air and hit the ground hard before shalk could jump back up his uncle had pinned him and was holding a saber to shalk's face. 'i am going to make this slow and painful!'his uncle yelled out, suddenly the saber touched his face, Shalk screams out in pain and with all his effort force pushes his uncle into an building.
'I am going to make this slow and painful' he says calmly bring the building down around his uncle, Shalk then grabbed a piece of burning wood and lit the building up. the screams will always be remembered by shalk not because of how bad they were but because of his reaction to the screams....shalk was laughing.
after the event Shalk was traumatized by what he had done and went to seek forgiveness from his Aunt on Tatooine after caring for his sick Aunt he managed to get forgiveness.
there were only two members un-accounted for after this event his cousin and his brother...
this event changed Shalk, instead of being shy and nervous he is now calm and calculated he is afraid to let his emotion take control like that again.
