"I believe it is a point of view when someone else looks at the action and calls it evil, and a choice when the person doing the action knows it is evil." - Lady Requiem

Kara'su, otherwise known as Lady Requiem, is a Nightsister Shaman and the preferred alias of Septra Corusca, estranged daughter of Gryff.

Early Years

Kara was born to her parents Silas and Araya on a sith slave ship. Several amarans had been gathered on the ship as test subjects and slaves, and some had planned to gather all of them to escape the ship, and managed to get them all onto a ship, however their victory was short lived. Upon realizing the sith had open fired on their escape ship, Araya and Silas put their newborn into an escape pod and shipped their daughter into space.

The pod eventually landed on the planet Dathomir, a planet feared due to the presence of Nightsisters and Witches, where the pod was found by one of the witches, who took the kit to the Clan Leader, Lady Shan. At the age of 6, after being nurtured by the various witches of the clan, Lady Shan thought it would be Ideal for the young amaran to begin learning the Ways of the Witch, and learn she did.

Being the only amaran in the fairly large clan of Witches was hard enough, and her studies showed she stood out even more. The witches teachings proved to be quite difficult for her at first, and, of course, she had to put much more effort into it than any other Witch Initiate, however her efforts payed off. As years passed, the young amaran's natural abilities proved to help her in some areas of her tutilage, such as her agility and advanced hearing.

By age 16, Kara had become a Priestess of the clan, one attuned to the spirits of the force. Eventually the young amaran had grown curious of the world outside of Dathomir, due to the various visitors Dathomir recieved, ranging from Jedi to Sith. Lady Shan gave her permission to leave the coven and venture into the galaxy alone, leaving Kara to venture out alone.

Kara's travels eventually drove her to various Jedi planets such as Dantooine and Yavin, where she made friends with various Jedi in each Order. However it was a trip to the forest moon of Endor, that she met the Emperor of the time, Arbitras Rexsus II, and his Nephew, Arterio, heir to the throne, and Tyber Seridion, a Padawan of GRAE, a grey Jedi order headed by Rexsus himself. Kara became close friends with Arterio and Tyber, until Arterio's death at the hands of a Sith. The amaran then ventured on to try and forget about the death of her much loved friend, and to find new adventures.

The Starwind Years

Some years later, Kara'su was venturing around the settlement of Little Mos Eisley, Tatooine, where she came across an amaran named Gryff, who after some talking, invited her to join the clan Starwind, an amaranth clan which accepted other races of the same caliber (Shistavanen, Cathar etc). Kara felt at home in Starwind, because she had never been around her own race it was new for her, but nonetheless she felt at home.

After a while she was given the position of Dunn by Gryff, and for a while, decided to pursue finding other members, which included some of the former members from the previous Starwind, including Agir Avro, the former Alpha of Starwind. However, Kara eventually was stripped of the rank of Dunn due to her unstable personality which put several members in danger, caused the destruction of the first base, and caused Gryff to lose his left arm.

Kara's time in Starwind gained her a multitude of lovers, beginning with her second husband Hector. The two had conceived a son together who they named Shinta. After a while their relationship faltered and resulted in their divorce. After the events that left the former Starwind Base in ruins, The former Rah, Agir Avro, returned to Starwind, later to become Kara's next love interest, keeping it a secret until it was discovered later. With the return of Sybil however, their relationship took a blow thanks to Agir's feelings for Sybil, their relationship ended when another Shistavanen Caught his eye, claiming she could give him what Kara could not...a son. After that, Rikko was the next partner to find Kara. This male amaran, known by the veteran Starwind members for his violent nature, adopted Shinta as his own, however, the relationship between Shinta and his mother, faltered due to her being more interested in her lovers. Their relationship lasted throughout the remainder of their days at Starwind, until he lost interest in her.

A while later, Kara made a discovery when Gryff mentioned he had met her mother, Araya, in his younger years, when he worked on a small moisture farm on Tatooine. The two amarans had made a connection and had a one night stand. With the combination of putting two and two together, and a DNA test to prove it, Kara and the rest of Starwind learned that Gryff was Kara's Biological Father. Needless to say neither one was prepared.

Eventually, Kara's unstable tendencies became too much for Starwind, and Gryff was forced to remove her from the ranks of Starwind for the safety of the Clan. Kara took it to heart and has never been the same with Gryff since.

The Rise of Requiem

For years, Kara had been a Witch of Dathomir, Priestess of the Daughters of Allya, however, she had been taking tutoring from Lady Kia, a Nightsister Mother, and learning various "Dark Magicks", while still calling herself a Witch. Eventually, she realized that she had broken a Witch law, and made the choice to become a Nightsister.

There are those that disagree with her choice because she still keeps some of her values of a witch, and supports the Jedi, but she claims that she is a Nightsister because of the Dark Magicks she uses. She dyed her white fur black and her blond hair silver, and later took on the name Lady Requiem, out of sorrow for the mistrust and discrimination she recieved due to being a Nightsister.

The Campaign Against Dar'Jetti

The Founding of Moonsong

After her exile from Starwind, Kara began revelling in hatred for her father, Gryff, blaming him for Starwind's separation, in which Agir formed a rival clan. With Starwind almost gone, Kara began contemplating setting up a clan of her own, claiming she would learn from her father's so called mistakes, and make a better Starwind for all.

Eventually, Kara had decided to go ahead with the plan, calling the clan Moonsong, made up of her brother Tyber, A Cathar named Claws, An amaran named Tal'ruun, and former Starwind member, and former husband Alecto Levidensis, as well as a few others.
