Bio[]
Childhood[]
Lyrza spent most of his child life living on Coruscant where he helped his father run a small bar and restaurant. While he was happy to help his father and enjoyed doing so he always felt there was something more he should be doing with his life then washing plates and waiting on people. After enrolling in the Coruscant Technician School where he meant members of rebel alliance, who helped him then join them as a mechanic repairing battle damaged gear. During his time with the rebel alliance he met a Jedi knight who told him much about the way of the Jedi and about the Jedi order found on Yavin IV, for some time Lyrza kept thinking about this and couldn’t get Yavin out of his mind, until one day the Jedi knight was found killed in his quarters. Lyrza was shocked to find out about this but had a job to do and had to continue on, until one day as he was repairing the hyperspace generator of a old X-wing the Jedi knight appeared to him and told him that he must go to Yavin IV and train as a jedi night to one day help the rebels in a way he never could have as a technician. After the vision he left the rebellion and headed for Yavin IV with no money or positions he hitch hiked as far as he could working on transport ships where needed.
A new start on Yavin[]
Once reaching Yavin he met many Jedi and started to learn much more about the Jedi way of life, knowing this was the path for him he sort to join the order. After about a week on the planet reading much from the archives and learning as much as he could about the Jedi and there past he met a Jedi Knight by the name of Sir Rhandt, who after getting to know became his Jedi master once Lyrza became a Padawan.
During his time as a Padawan to Sir Rhandt, Lyrza learnt much about the Jedi and there way of life and prepared to become a Jedi Knight with the order. After many months of training Lyrza was ready to become a Jedi knight and start his next chapter within the KOJ.

Time as a young Knight[]
As soon Lyrza and become a knight he was eager to start training a Padawan for himself, which is what he did. Pursuing training Padawans of his own he decided to start training to become a Jedi Watchman as this was a subpath that had interested him during his training (and the subpath of his old master Master Kyrain Rhandt). It was also during this time that Lyrza found information about the lost Force skill know as Mechu-deru, with the information he found he was able to start to teach himself this skill using his already vast knownledge of technology. Lyrza taught a few Padawans however all of them at some point in there training left the order. It was at this point that Lyrza decided that teaching classes of padawans on subjects would better suit him as a teacher. He continue his training to become a Jedi watchman and teaching himself Mechu-deru for a while longer, working with his old Master on many off world missions.
However his training came to a standstill has he had found information about another subpath that interested him as well, the path of Jedi Shadow. Under the KOJ this path was not taught and Jedi where refrained from learning it, to follow this new path Lyrza would have to leave the order.
The Split from KOJ[]
It was about this time that his old Master Kyrain Rhandt left the order himself as he had felt the order was not making a big enough effort to stop the now growing Sith presence in the galaxy. Master Kyrain Rhandt started his own Jedi order, and it was this that Lyrza decided to leave the KOJ for so that he could for fill his goal of becoming a Jedi Shadow. Training under his old Master he quickly became skilled enough to trick even the most powerful sith into thinking he was one of them, and so started to gain inside information that could help the Jedi defeat the Sith.
Time in the Unknown Regions[]
His hunt for knowledge led him deep into the Unknown regions where he was lead to the planet Shikitari, on which he discovered an ancient holocron describing the powers of Mechu-Deru. Lyrza spent the next few years teaching himself these power and working on this R2 unit as practice. While out hunting for a missing scroll he was ambushed by a group of Shikitari who did not take kindly to him being in there ruins... the result was both his arms being ripped from there sockets and his eyes plucked out... with the help of his R2 unit he was able to escape before they finished the job and made it back to his ship. Over the next 3 months in the safety of his ship in orbit of Shikitari Lyrza used his skills of Mechu-Deru to build himself new arms and eyes with the help of his R2 unit to gather parts, after completing his rebuild Lyrza made the long treck back to Yavin as he knew it was time to return to his home...

Return Home[]
After the mean years splitting from KOJ Lyrza decided it was time to return back to the order, to share his knowledge and restart the KOJ technical division, on returning to the order he found his old Master has also returned.
Lyrza spent a long time work as the order lead technician and further studying where he could. While his duties took much of his time Lyrza kept an eye out for a new apprentice to take under his guidance and learn the ways of Mechu-Deru, however try as he might he was never able to find the right apprentice to teach his knowledge to. Growing restless Lyrza spent many weeks meditating on the issue and hunting through the force for someone to train, with pressure growing from the order he felt the force pulling him somewhere he had never planned...
Dark Times[]
After weeks of meditation Lyrza had grown to realise that he had out grown the order, many Jedi had become to narrow minded to his skills and it was time for him to further explore the galaxy and find a new hope.
Personality and traits[]
Lyrza is a very calm and collected Jedi, when he is not busy working on new technology or teaching he will likely be found meditating. He also enjoys travelling around the galaxy, and try's when ever possible to take trips to other Jedi orders.
Lyrza believes strongly that a Jedi should not have many or any attachments and will always been seen wearing his plain robes as a symbol of this, the only items other than his clothing that he owns are his datapad, droid, lightsabers and his Eta-2 Actis-class light interceptor all of which he sees as tools required to carry out his job as a Jedi.
He always loves teaching younger students and is always happy to stop and answer any questions, and will always strive to bring knownlodge apon the padawans of the order

Lightsabers[]
Throughout his time as Jedi knight like many Lyrza has used a few different lightsabers, it is noted however that for most of his time as a Knight he used the same lightsaber, only now changing to a newer one.

Like all Jedi at the KOJ Lyrzas first lightsaber was his training saber he created as part of his level 1 training as a Padawan, countless times this saber saved him during battles on Yavin and across the galaxy.

Lyrza's new Double Saber
On becoming a Knight he was able to use his first custom build lightsaber, a small and light weight saber with a twisted leather grip. This lightsaber conformed to his fighting style of Form VI. Once he started learning Mechu-deru he modified his saber so there where no physical buttons, and it could only be turned on using his mind. After using this saber for a long time and throughout his journeys in the galaxy it was only once he returned to Yavin and became lead Jedi Technician that he decided to retire this lightsaber and finish building his new saber.
Double Bladed Saber[]
During his travels and the time in which he left Yavin Lyrza started to build designs and prototypes a new lightsaber. Once he arrived back on Yavin, shortly after being given the roll of Lead Technician he was able to finish building his new lightsaber. This lightsaber is doubled ended and was built from the ground up using mechu-deru and Lyrzas advanced knownledge of technology, much like the modifications done to his old lightsaber this new saber is completely controlled via the force, allowing him to finally adjust the saber during battle. Using this saber Lyrza now trains in both Form VII and VI
Lyrza's Astro Droid

Lyrza has one main droid that he uses on a regular bases, a old astro droid, which he has modified to include a much more complex AI. The droid carrys out much of the system maintance work Lyrza is unable to attend to during his busy days, the droid has a direct link to Lyrza's datapad for remote communications.

This is the only other peace of technology that Lyrza will always carry with him (see personality and traits for more info), this was custom built by Lyrza as his first project while learning Mechu-Deru. Features that differ from other datapads include a direct link to Yavins mainframe systems if he requires calculations to be carried out that are beyond the power of the datapad. A more recent change to his datapad is the new memory module Lyrza designed that gives around 10 times the storage space of the normal datapad memory.

Cybernetic Eyes[]
Lyrza Cybernetic eyes where built using Mechu-Deru and do not directly interface with his nerves like normal implants, using the force he is able to see through the eyes evening him a interesting view of the universe. His eyes allow him to see living things midichlorians.
Cybernetic Arms[]
His Cybernetic eyes where also built using Mechu-Deru however they are directly built into his arm sockets, his arms allow him to channel the force to give him immense strength and protection from force lightening. The arms are not perfect however and often malfunction and require constant tweaking to keep them in a useable state.
Powers and abilities[]
While training in a range of force abilities under his roll as a Jedi Sentinel he has become partially skilled in alter force powers, using this to take apart and build equipment with much more skill and precision then normally possible using tools.
Lyrza also has become one of the leads in the force skill Mechu-deru which he teaches to all members of the KOJ Technical Division along with holding classes for those interested in the force ability
