Aleen was once conquered and controlled by the Infinite Empire, when the Infinite Empire feel the Aleena experienced a golden age where they began to expand across Aleen and across the galaxy colonizing many worlds and systems. The Kindalo and Aleena are the two main indigenious groups on Aleen and have long faced conflict between their two cultures. A civil war existed for a long time in the planets early history the Aleena have dominated the surface the Great Seal acts as a way to keep the Kindalo in the underworld of Aleen. Following this division on the planet the Aleena peoples would remain isolated on the planet a monarchy would form on Aleen as the native peoples began to form a kingdom on the surface although they still retained their tribal roots proudly. The first outsiders to be welcomed where the Duro people who where explorers and brief settlers. The Jedi Order would eventually come to Aleen building a chapter house which would maintain the seal until The Clone Wars. The Great Seal would almost be broken from earth quakes which would cause a brief conflict between the Aleena and Kindalo but the Republic would aid in this conflict. During the Imperial era under the Galactic Empire Aleen's moon served as an observation point to keep the Aleena in line its believed that when the Galactic Empire fell Aleen remained under the watch of the First Order and later the Fel Empire. Sometime in the New Republic's timeline Aleen became a isolated and forgotten planet again.
The Ancient Masters from the Republic would be formed by ex-Praxeum Jedi Masters who would leave their exile in Kashyyyk and arrive in Aleen they would build relations with the local King of Aleen and his Aleena peoples. The Jedi would maintain the Great Seal and repair it to maintain the peace between the natives of the planet. The Jedi would revive a ancient Aleena temple and turn it into a AMR Jedi Temple, Richi Haven would become the Grand Master of the AMR and with the help of Council Masters Marcus Moreau, John D Raiden, Ren Agamar, Mass Questi, Vinshu Blessed and Mantis Grebe.
The Jedi would work hard to rebuild from their loses in Coruscant, Ruusan and Taanab reforming as AMR after several groups merged together. Aleen would be a peaceful sanctuary for many years as Grand Master Richi Haven worked hard to bring many Jedi together Masters Aryganis Criss, Ludar Tam and Ryan Arun would arrive followed by Jedi Knights Jij, Kobb and Lady Oona. Initiates would be selected for training namely Filip and Mila Keanu along with another generation of Jedi. As the Jedi became more plentiful aiding the planet of Aleen immigrant camps would be set up around the temple which would bring in many citizens of the New Republic one of the biggest groups would be the wookies. The Wookies would grow native tree's to Kashyyk on some of the islands off of the small forest that surrounded the Jedi temple. Jedi Master Mantis would have his home on the closest island to the temple along with members of his Clan. Master Muin would next arrive settling his clan on another island with his cousins Kro-Foor and Tyvokko. An elderly Wookie and his clan would settle many of the other islands his name would be Elder Lowaddik. As the Jedi settlement grew the New Republic would soon move into Aleen, Kayla Meena would become the Senator of Aleen her experience previously serving The Senate and Republic would aid Aleen in many ways. The Jedi, New Republic and Aleena enjoyed a beautiful peace for many years and another generation of Jedi grew as Jedi Knights Jij and Kobb would both become Masters and several would grow to the Jedi Council as some of the Elderly members retired or joined the force. Some believe that Lady Oona would betray the order by giving Obsidian Dominion a notorious group of Sith the location of the Jedi's secret temple on Aleen. A Sith apprentice named Darth Viera would appear and attempt to recruit the Initiates and Padawan's to the dark side but Jedi Knight soon be to Master Jij would stop the apprentice many times. The two would have a battle of the force the apprentice would almost defeat Jij in one of the battles but his Padawan Mila would come to his aid and push her back. Filip would use the force to heal his Master. Lord Tarrik would attack next trying to take down Master Mantis Grebe along with Mila and Filip but they would defeat him and hold him in the med bay. Lord Tarrik would eventually escape warning the Obsidian Dominion of the rising threat of the Jedi and New Republic.
Senate Guards would be placed on Aleen to safe guard Senator Kayla Meena but it would not be enough, a strike team of Jedi would travel to Ziost and investigate the Sith but this would only bring the Sith after the Jedi with a war brewing on Taris the galaxy would be to distracted to aid in the Crisis arising in Aleen. The Jedi would petition for aid but it would come to late the Stormtroopers of the Obsidian Dominion would arrive under the command of Darth Destridian one of Lord Sinious's hand. Destridian would begin to erect Imperial Stormtrooper camps as they gained further intel on the Jedi and New Republic they soon would realize they had more then enough numbers to defeat the Jedi. With Mila and Filip made Jedi Knights and Jij a Jedi Master they would soon be called to the front lines of the Aleen Crisis. Darth Destridian and Master Jij would face off on Wookie island where Jij was defeated but managed to escape with his life. Masters Mantis Grebe and Vinshu Blessed would be stuck off world, Master Kratus and several others would begin ordering a retreat saving the New Republic citizens and many of the Initiates. Its believed Master Argyanis Criss prepared Dagoba for many of these refugee's. Jij and Richi worked together to get the remaining Padawans off of Aleen along with as many of the indigenious peoples as they could save before the flames of war consumed Aleen. Darth Destridian would ultimately destroy the New Republic forces stationed on Aleen and many of the Jedi would die in the Invasion of Aleen. Some believe that Lady Oona went missing in action after accused of betraying the council and others also believe Senator Kayla Meena was killed of kidnapped by the Sith Lords as nobody had seen these people since the Invasion of Aleen. AMR would retreat to Dagoba following the Invasion of Aleen and once again rebuild their order. The New Republic would aid in relocating the AMR to Dagoba and leave the NRA (New Republic Army) Security force to aid in the protection of the Jedi and refugee's living on Dagoba.
