Darth Kestrel, later known as Emperor Kestrel, created the Vjun sim in late 2007 and 2008 and is credited with unifying the major sith orders on Vjun at the same time period. Kestrel was succeeded by Emperor Arzjah Radek in 2008 and ICly Kestrel was killed by Arzjah however it is believed clones of Kestrel exist in the galaxy to this day.
